30 Day Hassle Free Return Policy

At PaddleOn, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to request a return. Don't forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy. We may ask you a few questions about why you were unhappy with your purchase, but this will only be in an effort to improve our product, not an attempt to prevent your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@paddleonpb.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided.

If your return is accepted, you will provide your own return shipping label, and we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Kindly review your order immediately upon receipt. In the event that the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect item, please reach out to us promptly. This allows us to assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a swift resolution, return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. Should more than 14 business days pass since return approval, please contact us at support@paddleonpb.com.
